SKILLED employees selected for the Adelaide Pit Crew Challenge got more than they expected as they arrived to compete. Normally held at the SKILLED Hindmarsh office, this year’s Adelaide challenge (the first leg of the 2010 SKILLED Pit Crew Challenge) was held not just inside the track precinct as originally thought, but inside HRT’s pit facility.

On pit straight, as race cars sped by and HRT crew worked on their V8 Supercars SKILLED employees tested their ability at changing a V8 Supercar race tyre in a simulated pit stop.

Allan Reynolds, a machine operator working out at Precision Components took out the South Australian title with a time of 7.84 seconds.

Allan has won for himself an exciting 4 days in Sydney including, airfares, accommodation and corporate hospitality at the V8 Supercar race in Homebush.

All SKILLED employees who participated in Adelaide were treated to HRT merchandise and free tickets to the Clipsal 500.
