SKILLED Group Limited ("SKILLED") (ASX: SKE) has announced that it will renew its SKILLED Stadium sponsorship agreement with the Geelong Football Club (GFC) for a further three years, maintaining naming rights to the ground until at least the end of the 2011 AFL season, with the option to extend the deal for a further two years. The sponsorship deal was formally announced by Frank Costa, President of the Geelong Football Club, at the President's Luncheon yesterday. Ken Loughnan, Chairman of SKILLED Group, was in attendance at the luncheon to receive a signed and framed 2008 team jumper presented to SKILLED Group as a sign of thanks for its long-term support and partnership with the club. The frame was titled 'Thanks SKILLED'. Mr Loughnan said that SKILLED was thrilled to be continuing its association with the Geelong Football Club. "The Geelong Football Club is a great organisation which continues to go from strength to strength. In the time that SKILLED Group has partnered with Geelong, our organisation has also experienced an extraordinary period of growth. We continue to expand our business nationally and strive to cement our position as the leading employer of contract labour in this country. We look forward to what I'm certain will be another exciting period in partnership with Geelong". In 2009 Geelong Football Club will celebrate its 150th year since inauguration. The club has announced that a further redevelopment of SKILLED Stadium will go ahead, taking the stadium's capacity to 30,000 by the end of 2010. This contract renewal will take SKILLED's sponsorship of the stadium to a ten year term which began in 2002. SKILLED began its partnership with the Geelong Football Club in 1999 as a corporate sponsor of the club. For further information please contact: Annabel Urquhart
