SKILLED is acutely aware of the serious skills shortages in traditional trades throughout Australia and is committed to providing opportunities for the development of Australian Apprentices (Apprentices and Trainees). Working in partnership with its clients, SKILLED aims to provide tangible and meaningfully structured entry-level vocational training and employment opportunities for young and mature people alike.

Training of all employees plays an integral part in the service we offer our clients. It is vital that our employees participate in induction training designed to prepare them to work in the labour hire industry. This training includes information on safety, EEO, customer service, and SKILLED's internal employee management systems and processes.
- SKILLED can facilitate the delivery of the client's site induction processes to SKILLED's employees prior to commencement.
- Training plans are designed to meet your specific business requirements.
- SKILLED can implement traineeships for selected employees who are on long term labour hire sites. Such traineeships address specific competencies related to the client's site.
- Traineeships are organised in conjunction with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which may be a TAFE, a private training provider or one of SKILLED Groups own RTOs.
